What will my order/deliveries look like?
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep by one of our own MO deliverymen. All products will arrive chilled and nestled in a cooler bag. Some of the products will additionally be vacuum-packed to preserve freshness and quality.
With MO Signature you’ll never have to worry about dripping shopping bags, food “juices” or leaking packaging ever again!
What is the deliveries area and price?
We do cover most of the major areas in Klang Valley (Selangor, Kuala Lumpur & Putrajaya) with a flat rate of RM25 and free delivery with a purchase of RM200.

Please be patient with us as we are still currently working to extend our delivery coverage list throughout other states within Malaysia.
How long does it take to arrive?
All frozen goods orders will be delivered every Wednesday & Saturday (Closed on Sunday & Public Holiday). The delivery time is within 3-6 hours upon courier pick up from our fulfilment centre in Port Klang, Selangor.
When is the Cut-off Ordering Time?
Order placement before 3.00 PM daily for next day delivery (tomorrow).
The order placement after 3.00 PM will be delivered the day after tomorrow.

Do I have to be home to accept delivery?
While it doesn’t need to be you, someone must be home to accept your delivery. We won’t leave your fresh fish out in the sun—those who have spent any time in Malaysia’s hot tropical climate will understand.
If no one is home to accept your delivery within 5 minutes of our driver's arrival during the stipulated delivery timeslot, we will take your fish back to our facilities to be kept chilled. We will then attempt to arrange a second delivery. All missed deliveries will incur an additional re-delivery fee of RM25.
How do you handle adverse weather and traffic conditions when making deliveries?
We are committed to getting your delivery to your doorstep exactly when you asked for it to arrive.
In cases of severe weather, however, we prioritise the safety of our delivery staff and are sometimes forced to suspend delivery services until the weather passes. In these instances, we inform our customers right away and do our best to reschedule any missed deliveries as soon as possible.
Although we will make every effort to avoid delays, extraordinary traffic conditions can slow down our delivery team. If we feel any of our deliveries will be late as a result of these slow downs, we alert our customers to any potential delays as soon as possible.
Why is the delivery time I want unavailable?
We currently offer daily deliveries in three-hour windows from 10 AM to 7 PM, except on Sundays. We can only make a limited number of deliveries in each given window. When we have reached that number, we make it unavailable for any further deliveries.
- You will not be able to checkout if your address is outside of the delivery coverage area.
- Customers can check the estimated shipping rate at the checkout page before proceeding to payment.
- Kindly ensure your delivery address is accurate as we do not allow amendments after the order is placed.
